It's been an exciting week. I spent Tuesday at Hillcrest Elementary School, where I got to watch the students perform dance routines. Then I got to have an excuse to take pictures of my daughter, for our next computer class project. I think the most exciting part, though, is that I am taking my wife to Salt Lake City for our 5th Wedding Anniversary. We've never been to the Salt Lake Temple, and we're both super excited.

Working With Technology
Computers are starting to drive me nuts. The are such a handy tool, but sometimes they just don't work. I have had multiple problems with blogs, grades and websites. Other than that, I am learning quickly and am enjoying the new found information. I observed a fifth grade class yesterday and had lots of fun. I can't wait to become a teacher

We started our UEN pages today. My computer was being really annoying. Every time I tried to link up a file, the pop-up box was blank. After much frustration in class and at home, I discovered that my computer security system was blocking the pop-ups through an advanced window display. Go figure! Now I can get my homework done and I don't have to worry about using someone elses computer. Whew!

Computer technology
The first class was interesting. I learned how to make my first blog. I don't do much on the web except for looking up information, but now I can learn how to give information as well. It's exciting to know that this is the career I want, and I am already on my way to becoming a teacher.

First Day of School!
It's been four years since I was a serious student, and with my new major choice I have a new sense of direction. I can't wait for the remainder of school and then I can teach children to use their minds and imaginations. my first class in the education program went very well. I think that this was the right choice for me!
